Information we collect
We collect only what we need to schedule and perform inspections and to respond to you.

- Vehicle details: VIN, year, make, model, mileage, photos, and the vehicle's location (including the seller's name and address when you provide them).
- Inspection records: our findings, photos, diagnostic scan data, and the inspection report we prepare for you.
- Messages: emails and chat or Google Business Profile messages you send us.
- Payment information: processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Website data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
- Forms and booking requests: anything you type into our contact, quote, or scheduling forms.
How we use information
We use your information to run our inspection business and for no unrelated purpose.
- Schedule, perform, and report on vehicle inspections.
- Answer your questions, send quotes, and provide customer support.
- Process payments and keep business and tax records.
- Improve our website, services, and response times.
- Reply to your emails and send service-related messages, such as appointment confirmations and report delivery. We do not send marketing emails.

AI-assisted messaging
When you message us through our Google Business Profile, an AI agent may help answer common questions, such as services, pricing, service area, and availability. Your messages and the AI's replies are processed by Google and by us under this policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
- The AI agent is an automated assistant, not a licensed professional. It does not give mechanical, legal, or financial advice, and it cannot replace a vehicle inspection.
- Please do not send sensitive information in messages, such as payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords.
- You can email us at Support@PDXinspections.com at any time to reach a person, and we review conversations as needed to follow up, improve answers, and resolve issues.
- We do not use your messages to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, email and messaging, scheduling, payment processing, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Google, when you contact us through Google Business Profile, Search, or Maps.
