If you’ve made this payment during our normal business hours or over the weekend you may not receive our actual email confirmation from us including your history information and vehicle research until the following business day.
NEXT STEPS:
- Assuming the VIN or license plate info was provided we’ll email you the vehicles history information with your confirmation email. If you didn’t have this information when booking and can get it we’d strongly recommend emailing us prior to contacting the seller to arrange the inspection.
- We typically contact the seller on the morning of the day the inspection is going to take place to arrange our inspectors 30-minute window of arrival.
- Once we have made contact with the seller we’ll again email you with that concrete arrival window along with an ETA on when to expect your inspection report via email later that day immediately following the inspection.
- Depending on the inspection you have chosen our inspections take about 1-1.5 hours depending on the vehicles overall condition. We build your report as we’re performing the inspection and immediately email you your report following the completion of your inspection.
