- If you’d like to schedule your inspection and are ready to pay via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as a guest or by using your existing PayPal account please do so by using one of the checkout links throughout our site. You can use the secure PayPal option as it will allow you to use your credit card as a guest without signing up for their service.
- Please check our current availability on our order page. Depending on location and time of scheduling we’re normally available for same day (if scheduled/paid by 10:00am) to next day inspections. You will receive a scheduling confirmation via email shortly after payment is made.
- Inspections are scheduled in order of payments posting, your payment secures your inspection, we contact the seller only after payment is made.
- We will contact the seller on the morning of the inspection to arrange the inspection time. We provide the seller a 30 minute window of our arrival and the inspection takes up to 1.5 hours depending on overall condition.
- We do not share your inspection with the seller(s). If the seller wants a copy of the report you’re more than welcome to forward or share it with them but we completely leave it up to you.

Unfortunately we’re often unable to answer the phone while out performing inspections however we’ll be happy to return your call at the end of the day when returning to the office. - If sufficient notice of cancellation is given or we find something in our research prior to scheduling and you wish to cancel based on this information or report, we will be happy to refund your payment minus $30 to cover our merchant fees, prior research and any history information we have already researched/provided.
- For our Platinum and Gold inspections only: If we immediately come across a major mechanical issue or come across an issue you specify in your “Stop inspection immediately if” section, we will immediately call you giving you the option of ending the inspection immediately with a partial refund of your inspection cost. If we’re unable to reach you during the inspection our inspector will use their professional judgment on how to continue. If this situation arises and we terminate the inspection early we will credit you back 50% of the inspection cost.
